4My country is not currently listed on your shipping page, how can I order your products?
If your country is not listed, please email us at email@example.com with your mailing address and we will get back to you with a quote. All countries we currently ship to were a result of customers asking for them and we're always happy to add new destinations!
5When will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

You will automatically receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
11Do you have a storefront? Can I pick up my order?
We do not have a storefront and sell exclusively through our online store dejagalleria.com and ship to customers' address. We also do not have any authorized resellers - dejagalleria.com is currently the only place to purchase our products. Inquiries maybe made via our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
12What can I do if I make a mistake with my order?
Orders are usually processed the next business day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
13What if I haven’t received my package?

Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)
