Please note:

  1. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including
    • Customer providing the wrong shipping address
    • Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) - this prevents customs from being able to clear packages
    • Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs and duties
    • Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier
    • Shortage of materials
    • Labour strikes
    • Transportation failures
    • Acts of nature.
  2. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order for all in-stock items. Orders with express shipping will be prioritized and processed within 2 business days.
  3. All delivery estimates are in addition to processing time.
  4. All shipping estimates quoted below are estimates only and do not take into account for Remote Centres.
  5. We cannot ship to parcel lockers or forwarding services.
  6. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Déjà does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in our superior quality of product and service. However, in case of receipt of incorrect/damaged/ defective products, we will gladly return/exchange (or provide store credit) items, provided the customer notifies Deja within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Deja needs to be notified via email at customersupport@dejagalleria.com, explaining clearly what the issue is along with relevant pictures wherever applicable.

Please note that

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The tags must be retained and not removed. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returned products need to be received by Deja within 7 days of initiation of dispute, failing which, the product will no longer be applicable for return / replacement.
  • Under all conditions other than mentioned above, purchased products will be FINAL sale.
  • All returns/replacements/ refund/ store credit decisions are at the discretion of Deja.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund/store credit (if applicable) will be processed within 3-7 business days.

REFUSED PACKAGES
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
